Came looking for a Starbucks and thought I was going through Alice's looking glass and tunnel. Went to a door and wasn't sure if I was going to the outdoor bar or the burger joint. Then the signs led me up stairs in the exit stairwell of a hotel. Out I popped on the second floor of the hotel and a full Starbucks in the conference area. Boy are they brave!
As expected it is the consistently good and homogenized Starbucks offering. Solid staff that was working well together and super clean. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Starbucks and a mini adventure. -

I really don't know why people say this place is so busy.. I've stayed here the last 5 days and have always been the only person in line. Nonetheless, it is your typical Starbucks just inside of the JW Marriott. It can be easily accessed from the main lobby - up the escalators and you're there. Location is super convenient especially if you're staying in the hotel.
However! Their hours are terrible (just my opinion) They close at 2pm on Sundays and 6pm every other day. Seriously? In the middle of downtown that has so much night life? I was so bummed.
Anyways, if you can make it here while they are actually open - service is friendly, they do take the Starbucks app for payment (I didn't try to redeem anything though) and there is a very spacious, comfortable lounge area with access to hotel Wifi. -

Some of the staff are good but some of them are terrible. Also this is the only Starbucks I have been to that ever charged me for a glass of water. I love Starbucks but this one needs some management.

This is a Starbucks on the second floor near the convention space in a JW Marriott. It's an open Kiosk setup with couches/soft seats on one side and behind it a nice work area. Long wood table facing the outside with tall chairs. I actually spent a lot of time here as it seldom had anyone there and it was a pleasant view with bright lighting.
The store was staffed by pleasant and efficient people. I would typically show up around 9 am and work for an hour so that may have been a slow time but I had not issue with getting my order quickly. There also was not any extended standing in line.
They had typical food and beverage options although I do not remember any protein boxes which are my favorite. -

This place gets SO BUSY on weekdays and especially in the mornings/lunch hour/evenings, basically whenever working people may stop by for their quick fix of caffeine.
It's your average starbucks and seems to have most of everything, with the exception of some food/snack options.
The baristas seem to be lazier and slower when they aren't busy, but I guess you should cut them some slack since they have 3 rush times a day lol.
